* Use this form ONLY for the stalls you need for the duration of this four day horse show. If you are going to need stalls for extra days (ie: early arrival/late departure) please use the PG HORSE SOCIETY STABLING REQUEST FORM included If you do require stalls for both, then both the 2009 Super Circuit Stabling Request Form and the PG Horse Society Form must be submitted, thank you).
A STALL DEPOSIT (SEPARATE CHEQUE) OF $25.00, PAYABLE TO: PG HORSE SOCIETY IS REQUIRED AND WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU ONCE YOUR STALL IS LEFT CLEAN.
STABLING FEES: $100 for four days or $25.00 per day.
PLEASE RESERVE STALLS IN THE NAME OF THE PERSON OR STABLE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING SHOW FEES.

For all stalls needed during the four day horse show, please use the 2009 SUPER CIRCUIT STABLING REQUEST FORM (included).
